tyle: Coffee Blonde Beer
Coffee first gained economic significance in the Caribbean, above all in the French colony known then as St. Dominique (today Haití), and to a lesser extent in Jamaica and Cuba. The coffee used on this beer is a women planted, grown and harvested coffee, from a women cooperative in the region of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. We get it here thanks to the women owned local roasters, distributors and coffee shop at Cooper Door. Most coffee beers range among Porter and Stout style beers. Don’t get fooled by the color on this coffee beer, it won’t let you “DOWN”. Bready, umami flavors, Chocolate, and berries are some pairing options for this little coffee beer.
