Style: Mexican Lager (Bohemian - Style Pilsner)
This Style is what we know nowadays, as a "Mexican Lager". From a Czech-style Bohemian Pilsner interpretation brewed in Mexico by immigrants in the late 1800s , to break frontiers and become famous as a Mexican Lager style. Nowadays there’s multiple interpretations of this style, “La Raíz”, a tribute to the struggle of immigrants and their success stories outside their native lands. Complementary grain flavors balanced with noble hops, while remaining light on the palate. Makes great pairings with any dishes made with white sauces, and mild creamy cheeses.
