2023 Collaboration Fest Beer

This specialty session beer is a collaboration between MobCraft Beer in Denver, Cheluna Brewing Company in Aurora, and Raices Brewing Co. Brewed with Colorado wildflower honey and a Lulo, this unique Ale uses a light-amber, full-bodied honey with notes of clover and a unique sweetness. This honey’s savor profile derives from bees gathering nectar from the blossoms of various wildflowers, alfalfa and blossoming Colorado Rocky Mountains trees. Lulo is small, round fruit, slightly sweet and acidic with notes of citrus, pineapple and kiwi. This fruit is typically grown in several countries in Central America and throughout Northwest South America. This beer is not excessively sweet, rather it’s an easy drink with complex delicacy. Pairs well with grilled fish, salads and root vegetables.

Toffee flavor, a hint of caramel and a subtle roasted finish, is what this Irish classic brings to the table. Bohemian Style Pilsner

An easy to drink light style "Mexican Lager". From a Czech-style Bohemian Pilsner interpretation brewed in Mexico by immigrants in the late 1800s, to break frontiers and become famous as a Mexican Lager style. Nowadays, there are multiple interpretations of this style, "La Raíz," a tribute to immigrants' struggle and success stories outside their native lands. Complementary grain flavors along with an assertive noble hop flavor and aroma. Pairs great with dishes made with white sauces and mild creamy cheeses.

The hazy/cloudy appearance of this beer results from all the procedures done by the brewer to achieve the fruity aroma and flavors that characterize this beer style. Dark malt aroma, complemented with earthy and resinous notes from American hops, slight roasted notes with subtle chocolate character. Indiewave is our hoppy, delicious IPA brewed with light caramel malts for ultimate flavor and balance. Cascade, Citra, and Amarillo hops give it a smooth, citrus character.
The major terpenes in Indiewave are myrcene and humulene which have been shown to inhibit inflammation and aid in relaxation.
